Hello, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you.
Every costumer have 15 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date it was received. In order to be eligible for a return or exchange , your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. The item needs to have a note attached with either refund request or exchange details.
Once our store receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method). In cases of exchanges, it will be shipped out as soon as we receive the item and inspect it.
